Supply Chain officer

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain process to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. You will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain operations, minimizing costs, and improving overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts, track deliveries, and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive operational excellence.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, delivery timelines, and cost targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers/vendors to expand our network and improve supply chain flexibility.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners, to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in supply chain management.
