Job Purpose

Provide administrative support and coordination for overall front office activities, including the reception area, mail, large purchasing requests and facilities. Also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, receiving, and directing guests and visitors.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor degree of business administration – preferably business or finance major.
  • Ability to speak, read, understand, and write English business language.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
  • SAP user experience.
  • Open minded and actively seeks out new ways of working.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize own work in order to make the most efficient use of time available.
  • Communication and relationship management skills.

  • 0 - 2 years’ experience in the field of office management with at least 2 years working with executives .


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the yearly internal communication agenda that aligns with the company’s mission and culture, and showcases corporate identity through internal and executive channels.
  • Manage the company’s internal communication platforms and tools including but not limited to internal announcements, in-person or virtual events, videos story board, company Intranet, overseeing internal branding and e-communications, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to execute a robust employer branding strategy across LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally across department teams to initiate and manage internal projects that foster employee engagement, inclusivity, and a unified company culture.
  • Work hand in hand with the engagement team to bundle & communicate activities in a synchronized harmonic manner.
  • Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, culture, norms and strategies, and to keep up to date with relevant developments.
  • Participate in the evaluation of communication campaign outcomes, providing support to ensure success.
  • Oversee the full cycle of agency management, from briefing to performance evaluation.
  • Manage and supervise advertising agencies throughout the entire cycle from drafting & circulating briefs, pitching to working with them throughout the year and evaluating their performance meets the company’s desired quality standards.
  • Manage the planning and delivery of both virtual and in-person all-staff events, Town halls and regional Events visits as well as any other duties that may be needed to serve the Internal communication process.
  • Liaise with the People & Culture team to effectively disseminate People initiatives and programs.
  • Ensure consistent communication with different teams & stakeholders in the business & across the company to efficiently communicate different departments initiatives & programs.
  • Partner with country leads to make sure identical employee experience is delivered to our teams across markets.
  • Work closely with Creative team in a smooth efficient manner starting from briefing to reach the desired outcome as well as plan together the communication agenda of the year.
