We are looking for a Customer Support Agent that will be representing the company with our current and potential clients

  • Respond the inbound calls and outbound calls on time
  • Handle users' requirements on the spot
  • Follow call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Solve Customer issues, complaints, inquiries and clarify information needed.
  • Update users with the new features and products
  • keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
  • Handle and close all sorts of end users tickets within the set SLA


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and time management.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Previous experience in customer support role.
  • Proven track of record of target achievement
