Job Overview:

As a Waiter at Savoy Sharm Group, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests in our restaurant. You will greet and seat guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders
• Ensure tables are set and maintained properly
• Answer guest questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional service
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Attend training and meetings as required
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
