Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading company in the events industry who are looking to find a highly skilled HR Administrator who is proficient in Odoo HRMS. This role is crucial for someone with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of HR management systems. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for enhancing the HR functions using the Odoo platform and ensuring the efficient management of HR tasks, particularly in the dynamic environment of the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize the Odoo HRMS to manage all HR activities effectively.
  • Oversee administrative HR responsibilities, ensuring organizational effectiveness and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Handle mass freelance hiring for events, coordinating closely with various departments.
  • Manage contracts and maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain meticulous HR records.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate in the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of HR administration experience, with specific expertise in the events industry.

  • A strong background in HRMS, particularly Odoo.
  • Proven track record of managing HR systems and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a collaborative work environment.
