We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Duty Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service. You will lead a team of staff members, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure that all departments are working together efficiently to provide a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all departments within the resort, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Security.
  • Train and develop staff members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain the resort's facilities, ensuring they are in proper working condition and meet safety standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all departments by maintaining communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Prepare reports on resort operations, guest feedback, and revenue performance for management.
  • Oversee the scheduling of staff members and ensure adequate coverage for all departments.


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
