We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. the construction manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. the ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. if you are a results-oriented professional with a passion for delivering successful construction projects, we encourage you to apply for this position.


Key responsibilities:


Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to establish project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient utilization and optimization of project resources.

Monitor project expenses, track costs, and manage project budgets to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.

Supervise construction activities, including site preparation, foundation work, structural construction, and finishing work, to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.

Conduct regular site inspections, quality control checks, and safety audits to monitor project progress and identify issues or risks.

Review and negotiate contracts with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and in compliance with project requirements.

Manage contract documents, change orders, and claims, resolving disputes and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies, to provide updates on project status, milestones, and issues.

Address stakeholder concerns and inquiries, facilitating open and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure timely completion and handover of projects, including final inspections, punch lists, and documentation, to achieve project closure and client satisfaction.

Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field; master's degree or professional certification is a plus.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
