A new opportunity has come up from one of the fastest-growing hospitality firm in Abu Dhabi, UAE. They are looking for a Program Coordinator (Arabi Speaker) to join their new institute.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the cohort of school students within the program. They ensure the smooth execution of the program by coordinating various activities, communicating with stakeholders, and providing support to both students and faculty. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education and student development.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Coordinate all aspects of the program, including communications regarding scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students, addressing any concerns or issues they may have throughout the program duration.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents, statutory bodies, and school management teams, to keep them informed about program activities and student progress.
  • Event Planning: Be responsible of coordinating and organizing any event/s that might arise during the program.
  • Data Management: Collect and analyze data related to student performance and program effectiveness, using this information to make informed decisions and improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and external partners to ensure the program aligns with program goals and objectives.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the impact of the program and identify areas for improvement.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as budget management, record-keeping, and report generation.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts and resolve issues that arise among students or between students and faculty, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in education and program management, continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth.


  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in program coordination, student support, or a related role within an educational setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of educational principles and practices, including student development theory and curriculum design.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing needs and priorities within the program.
