This is a 6 months contract role. You will be responsible for headhunting and phone screening candidates for roles across all departments. This will be achieved through employing traditional and modern sourcing strategies to ensure that the highest quality CVs are shared with the team. You will support the team on administrative tasks where required

In this role, you will:

  • Proactively source and engage external talent (global and local) using a wide variety of sourcing techniques; Headhunting channels, Advertising avenues, Social media methods, Internal referral system, etc.
  • Work with the hiring team / TA team to understand the scope of open roles
  • Provide recruitment support  to all areas of the business
  • Screen & shortlist candidates by conducting telephone interview
  • Provide pre-screened and qualified candidates to TA Team members within agreed time frames
  • Maintain a relationship with the candidates, keeping headhunted candidates updated throughout the process, and regret unsuccessful candidates while ensuring candidate experience.
  • Ensure the recruitment process is adhered to at all times
  • Update the recruitment tracker and discuss open positions with the line manager 
  • Conduct various assessments applicable to the role 
  • Support  employer branding activities
  • Keep up to date with current sourcing best practices
  • Report on recruitment metrics as required
  • Ensure all interview notes are captured in Workable
  • Ensure all successful shortlisted candidates are saved on future pipeline/talent pool
  • Track and capture feedback on all entry interviews
  • Ensure the applicant tracking system (Workable) is updated with prospective candidates 
  • Report on recruitment metrics as required
  • Update Employee Referrals  and track them on a daily basis while enhancing the process
  • To perform any other support tasks which might be required from time to time

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Human Resources
  • Minimum 1 year of experience sourcing in top search firms for C-Level roles
  • Experience in sourcing positions in the online classifieds or e-commerce sector
  • Has proven experience in sourcing using a wide variety of sourcing channels
  • Tech recruitment knowledge is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels.
  • Excellent coordination and organization skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work requirements.
  • Strong internet research and social media recruitment skills
  • Fast approach to hiring top quality candidates
