About Role:

We're looking for a friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative in banking industry. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for assisting others.


Responsibilities:

Here are the main things you will do:


  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person with courtesy and professionalism.
  2. Provide accurate and timely information about our products, services, pricing, and policies.
  3. Assist customers with resolving any billing issues, processing returns, and placing orders.
  4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.
  5. Maintain a good understanding of our products to address customer concerns effectively.
  6. Process requests for refunds, exchanges, or replacements following company policies.
  7. Follow up with customers to make sure the satisfaction and address any additional needs.
  8. Work with other departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  9. Keep thorough records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with management department.


Requirements:
