Duties and Responsibilities:

Attends and records customer requests.
Establishes new, and maintains existing, relationships with customers and agents.
Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by e-mail, telephone.
Supports the Sales Manager with quotations and contracts.
Keeps constantly apprised of the economic / business situations within the MENA region.
Market studies and business cases to measure potential & development.
Recording and maintaining client contact details.
Market research on competitors
Assists in resolving accounts payable invoice discrepancies and variances with customers.
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
