Position Overview:As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the transformation and modernization of our HR department while overseeing and managing all HR functions within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in implementing strategic HR initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Department Revamp:
- Assess current HR processes, policies, and systems to identify areas for improvement and modernization.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to revamp the HR department, incorporating best practices and innovative strategies.
- Streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and introduce automation where applicable to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to understand organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall strategic direction and promote a culture of excellence.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning.
- Manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on performance improvement and development plans.
- Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
- Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training and development needs across the organization and develop programs to address them.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities as needed.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish key HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR performance and trends.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully revamping HR departments and managing HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
