Key Responsibilities :

• Produce conceptual CAD designs of aeronautical/mechanical products
• Produce complete manufacturing data packs for production (assemblies, parts & BOM’s)
• Maintenance of relevant CAD models including library parts within the PLM/PDM system
• Configuration of manufacturing data packs
• Work closely with specialists in a multidisciplinary team
• Adhere to relevant design & draughting standards and ADASI code of conduct.
  
  

Education & Experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years experience in an aerospace/mechanical design environment.
• Working knowledge of CAD packages
• Working knowledge of PDM/PLM systems
• Expert knowledge of Aircraft/Mechanical design
• Thorough understanding of design principles
• Good general PC skills
