You will collaborate with development & design departments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance projects’ operational efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:

– Developing & utilizing your network/experience in hospitality sector for creating new opportunities as well as pitching relevant products based on market requirements.

– Performing key role in identifying hotel brands and operator selection.

– Performing pivotal role in negotiating terms and closing deals with selected brands.

– Conducting feasibility studies, financial analysis, and due diligence for new real estate developments and acquisitions.

– Analyze acquisitions, dispositions, and financing using discounted cash flow models.

Requirements

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, Finance, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

– Proven 10+ years of experience in Hospitality Development with one or more brands, along with a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment analysis

– An outgoer with excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner

– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically to drive business impact

– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

– Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, Oracle .
