The IT Support Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the company’s IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and networking protocols.
Responsibilities:
– System Administration: – Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices.
– Monitor system performance and identify and resolve issues.
– Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
– Manage user accounts and permissions.
– Network Administration: – Design, implement, and maintain the company’s network infrastructure.
– Security Administration: – Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company’s IT systems and data.
– Monitor security logs and identify and respond to security threats.
– Perform security audits and vulnerability assessments.
– Other Responsibilities: – Provide technical support to users.
– Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
– Participate in IT projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Experience in system administration, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD.
