Order Fulfillment Supervisor

Job Purpose

Supervising the team responsible for the ordering & delivery process for all customers. Processes orders by communicating with other teams to maximize product availability in the E2E process (CC HBC - customer - shelf). Solves problems and actively cooperates with other departments to maintain a high level of customer service. Optimizes processes by implementing modern technologies (EDI) and implements cost optimization initiatives. Responsible for improving cooperation and Joint Business Plan results.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Knowing principles of Commercial team and implementing solutions to support sales
  • Build awareness in the Supply Chain KPI and committed Sales Department in achieving their Target.
  • Deputy for other Customer Specialists during their absence.
  • Together with superior prepares yearly tasks and development plans.
  • Shares knowledge and information with other members of the Customer Back office team
  • Acts in accordance with company values and the Code of Business Conduct.
  • Participates in/leads projects: promotional/new products/packages introduction, logistics infrastructure changes, delivery type and source changes (BULK, Pallet Flow), etc.
  • Management of E2E Order Cleaning for orders received by His team.
  • Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Regularly tracks plans execution and reacts accordingly.
  • Implements in his/her area of responsibility new processes and procedures.
  • Finished Goods phase-in, phase-out and substitution management according to Customer specification and product availability.
  • Managing and Clearance of promotional orders
  • Plans work independently, sets priorities and regularly monitors the level of implementation of tasks, goals and projects.
  • Communicates with internal and external customers whenever applicable, ensuring the appropriate level of customer service, in accordance with the applicable standard.
  • Performs other tasks and duties specified by the superior, resulting from the nature of work on the position held in a given team.
  • Ongoing monitoring and taking care of business objectives realization (KBI: Cost to Supply, Service Level, DIFOTAI and OSA)


  • Education Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing/business administration or equivalent education. preferably with a "quantitative" background
  • Knowledge of the English (min. B2)
  • +6 years of work experience, preferably in FMCG or position of the similar nature.
  • Knowledge related to planning and fulfilling orders.
  • Focus on internal and external customers.
  • Planning, organizing & time management skills.
  • High analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Requirements: - MS Office, MS Excel - Intermediate, MS Word and Power Point
  • Experience in working with Sales Buzz and SAP systems (preferred)
