  • Guarantee customer satisfaction in line with the service model and the excellent quality standard of the venue by offering a quality service that is mindful, timely, with great care for details and customized, in a simple and pleasant atmosphere.
  • Contribute to the venue’s success by fulfilling one’s own responsibilities and acknowledging the contribution of others; interacting actively with co-workers from other sectors (Reception – Kitchen – Floor) with the aim of improving team work, paying care to image detail (one’s own and the venue’s), fully respecting the national health and safety guidelines.
  • Contribute to the venue’s profitability, maximizing takings and paying the maximum attention to the company’s equipment.

Cast Key Responsibilities:

60% of Time Spent

set-up and operation

  • Prepare mixers, cut fruit, receive requisitions, check par levels, refill mixers, get ice, run drinks, and collect and dispose of garbage. Keep bar fully stocked with all items necessary for service.
  • Assist bar staff in maintaining cleanliness of bar, tables and lounge area. Sweep the floors, polish brass and steel, mop, clean glassware and wipe down mirrors in the outlet. Set-up and breakdown the bar.
  • Assist bartenders at all the time and floor team if needed. Perform opening and closing side work duties as assigned.
  • Provide efficient and courteous service of beverages to all guests and ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain an awareness of products availability, product expiration dates and inventory levels to prevent stock-out situations.
  • Maintains bar inventory in accordance with established standards and ensures that all shortages are reported.
  • Ensures security of beverage stock in the bar using key control procedures.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections as well as designated glassware, garnishes, preparation method/time, ingredients, portion sizes, presentation and prices.
  • Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
  • Attend daily briefing and get a handover from the previous shift.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned to him/her.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers.

30% of Time Spent – Liquid Laboratory

  • Prepare pre-mixes for Liquid Laboratory
  • Control maintenance and clearance of Liquid Laboratory storages and fridges.
  • Follow existing Par Stocks for Pre-Mixes.
  • Follow Liquid Laboratory transfers and requisitions HIDs.

10% of Time Spent

  • Respecting local health regulations

Profile Required

Education

  • High school or equivalent education required

Experience

  • Must have at least 6 months experience in the position
  • More experience preferred
