Job Summary: As a Sales Associate at Turkey Campus, your primary responsibility is to provide consultation to interested clients who have applied through our website or social media platforms. You will also provide continuous support to clients throughout the process until completion of the purchase. Additionally, you will be responsible for inputting all client information into the Zoho CRM system. Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation and guidance to potential clients who have expressed interest through our website or social media channels.
  • Offer continuous support to clients, assisting them until the completion of the purchasing process.
  • Input all relevant client information accurately into the Zoho CRM system for effective customer follow-up and tracking.
  • Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English languages to cater to a diverse client base.
  • Maintain regular office hours at our location in Nasr City, Cairo, ensuring availability for client inquiries and support.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
