Faculty - BBA / MBA - UK Lecturer

Position Overview: As a faculty member, your primary responsibility to deliver high-quality instruction and facilitate learning experiences for students pursuing their BBA/MBA degrees. You will contribute to the development and delivery of the curriculum, ensuring that students receive a comprehensive education in business fundamentals. This position requires expertise in business management, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the program director and faculty members to develop and update the curriculum of BBA/MBA ensuring relevance to industry trends and global business environment.
• Identify relevant and current topics, case studies, and resources to enhance the program's content.
• Deliver engaging and informative lectures, presentations, and workshops on various topics that incorporate both theoretical foundations and practical applications.
• Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, projects, and presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to integrate them into teaching materials.
• Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance teaching skills and subject matter expertise.
• Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other activities as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters Degree holders (in business administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline).
• Proven teaching experience, preferably in a higher education institution or executive education setting.
• Expertise in one or more research areas relevant to business administration and management with a focus on addressing contemporary challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
  
  

Salary: AED 13,125 per month (Tax-Free Income)
