Job Mission:

Primary Responsibilities:

 As Liquidity Management Manager at TerraPay, your primary responsibilities will include:

· You will be held responsible for managing the treasury back-office operations, team handling, liquidity management for the organization which includes: 

o   funds transfer initiation and tracking 

o   ledger updation for send and receive partners 

o   ledger updation for credit approvals 

o   bank reconciliation. 

· You will be responsible for forecasting of funding requirements at various destination based on throughput, transit time, balances etc and ensuring the funds are sent in time, tracked, and confirmed 

· You will be responsible for coordination with the FX team for timely conversion into LCY 

· You will be participating in negotiation of funding structures with new Send Partners and will be setting up ledgers accordingly 

· You will be ensuring adequate control are maintained to avoid loss to the organization.

· excellent team leadership skills and ability to optimize and standardize processes.  

· a can-do attitude and willingness to stretch as per work requirement also should have good communication skills. 

Qualifications:

· Work experience: 3+ years in a prefunding / liquidity management role in the Treasury department of an Exchange house or a Money Transfer Operator in the GCC. Overall 5+ years of work experience in a finance role. 

· Proficiency in Microsoft excel/ google sheets. 

· Experience in managing a small team of 10 -20 people. 

· Understanding of the banking aspects in international fund transfers. 

· Good understanding of ledger management and reconciliation
