Profil du candidat

  • 5+ years of strong HR experience (recruiting experience preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a focus in the Human Resource field a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Internet research, and HRIS applications (SAP experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple cases and projects of moderate complexity
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal are required in order to effectively interface across all levels of the organization & with external parties.
  • Should be self-motivated and able to dive into projects with limited direction, must be flexible and able to work in a constantly changing environment while maintaining a high-level of customer service & responsibility


Activités

Effectively supports the mission and values of TERDME by providing full-cycle recruitment for businesses within assigned scope. Does so while developing and maintaining a great reputation for the organization with all stakeholders based on reliability, punctuality, clarity of thoughts, critical thinking, and dependability. Responsible for the Development & execution of recruitment strategy.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full recruitment cycle for the TERDME in the MEA Region.

Key activities will include:

  • Work alongside the HRBP MEA and TEUS to assist in managing the talent acquisition process and act as a point of contact for hiring managers.
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting to source the most qualified candidates, reduce time to fill openings, and impact future employee retention while ensuring a smooth & positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Partner with hiring teams to build and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
  • Develop and maintained strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, technical requirements, and strategic hiring goals.
  • Interview, phone screen and assess prospective candidates utilizing behavioral-based interview techniques
  • Indirectly manage the activities of assigned to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the Talent Developer in MEA Region all internal mobility
  • Responsible for the regular recurring meetings to coordinate with HR staff of REN entities supported.
  • Responsible for hiring process for all job classifications from requisition to hire for the REN entities supported.
  • Continuously create and maintain contacts and leads throughout the industry through technology-based social networking, external meetings, and events
  • Back up to the other HR Partners
  • Liaise with business leaders, and University Relations Partner to support broader talent strategy initiatives.
  • Update weekly the local and central staffing plan for GRP
  • Assist in overseeing the complete staff lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management and termination, in coordination with GRP/REN and TEUS.
  • Collaborate with GRP/REN and TEUS to help in supervising talent development, deployment, and coaching efforts.
  • Support managers in forecasting talent needs, succession planning, and talent pipeline requirements aligned with the business strategy.
  • Support the coordination of job posting campaigns with TEUS

The Talent Acquisition Partner specifically provides external recruitment services. This role requires the position holder to work in a complex, dynamic & fast-paced environment with multiple and frequently changing priorities. Individual works with different business units which requires strong stakeholder relationship, influencing and communication skills.
