Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Branding Manager for one of our partners, a top notch learning consultancy.
Job Summary:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for direct and indirect revenue generating activities across our offices (Egypt and GCC), ensuring that we maintain a significant competitive edge in a robust competitor landscape while helping to build brand affinity, attendance, and advocacy across the company's offices. The right candidate will help us grow the prestige, profile, and long-term positioning of each event, as well as support the long-term growth of the Division.
Responsibilities:
- Managing, developing & driving brand, consumer and partnership marketing strategies as part of our go-to-market process that establish and grow our live events.
- creating branding strategies for B2B & B2C
- Working with cross-functional groups (BD Egypt and KSA, marketing team, operations, product department, legal and finance) to create best-in-class marketing strategies and plans.
- Optimizing, evolving, and fully integrating strategic marketing processes including partner objectives and rights integration, creative and content (go-to-market) processes.
- Providing industry insight and knowledge on wider trends and behavior.
- Delivering, maintaining, and evolving our brands’ strategies, identities and messaging recommending and executing brand enhancements and extensions where necessary.
- Managing the proof and editing copywriting according to the established brand standards.
- Maintaining the brand voice and pillars according to established brand standards.
- Identifying and nurturing key parties who could collaborate with the company to enhance our product and brands as well as identify opportunities to deliver additional revenue streams across the offices.
- Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of all aspects of the marketing strategy and plan - not limited to, but including:
- Leading event consumer marketing strategies relevant to the property and market, including tactical campaigns, audience segmentation and targets,
- Managing performance monitoring, optimization and reporting of all marketing activity, and action adjustments where necessary to ensure optimization for maximum performance, reach, and return on investment (ROI)
- Overseeing existing digital and social platforms and work with internal and external digital resources; identifying new platforms and routes to market and integrate consumer-marketing strategy where relevant.
- Overseeing and delivering outstanding on-site marketing efforts across owned channel content capture (photography, videography etc) consumer engagement and supporting sponsor activations.
- Financial Management:
- Maintaining and optimize the branding campaign budgets.
- Managing any branding related invoices which have been pre-approved.
- Managing annual branding plans & budgets, across all business units.
