About Role:

In the role of Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks vital to the smooth operation of the office. You will play a key role in maintaining organized files, records, and documents, ensuring that data entry into databases and spreadsheets is executed with precision.


Here are the main things you will be responsible for:

  1. Aid in the arrangement and upkeep of office records, files, and paperwork.
  2. Execute data entry duties meticulously, ensuring precise input into databases and spreadsheets.
  3. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing queries to the relevant departments or individuals.
  4. Welcome and guide office visitors, offering information and support when necessary.
  5. Support in scheduling appointments, meetings, and booking conference rooms.
  6. Prepare and disseminate internal and external communications, memos, and reports.
  7. Participate in managing office supplies inventory, including monitoring levels and replenishing as required.
  8. Assist with photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents as needed.
  9. Aid in coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.
  10. Fulfill additional administrative duties as directed by the office manager or supervisor.


Here are the qualifications and skills required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative capacity is advantageous.
  • Knowledge and Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
