About Role:In the role of Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks vital to the smooth operation of the office. You will play a key role in maintaining organized files, records, and documents, ensuring that data entry into databases and spreadsheets is executed with precision.
Responsibilities:
Here are the main things you will be responsible for:
- Aid in the arrangement and upkeep of office records, files, and paperwork.
- Execute data entry duties meticulously, ensuring precise input into databases and spreadsheets.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing queries to the relevant departments or individuals.
- Welcome and guide office visitors, offering information and support when necessary.
- Support in scheduling appointments, meetings, and booking conference rooms.
- Prepare and disseminate internal and external communications, memos, and reports.
- Participate in managing office supplies inventory, including monitoring levels and replenishing as required.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents as needed.
- Aid in coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Fulfill additional administrative duties as directed by the office manager or supervisor.
