Purpose of the job

Deliver & administer functional & non-functional training courses.

Work with our new hires, providing them with Corporate, business, technical information & training and support needed within their first days, weeks of hiring, On-boarding specialists play a significant role in helping our new hires to get oriented and integrated

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions as part of the Induction Program for all new hires on Orange products, services, systems and related skills.
  • Deliver the field experience as part of the induction program.
  • Plan, schedule for the onboarding cycle and meet deadlines.
  • Qualify new hires requirements in a courteous and effective manner.
  • Assume ownership of employees problems and seek to identify, respond, and resolve any issues before they interrupt business, ensuring a satisfactory solution for both the business and the employee.
  • Measure & report to ensure ongoing satisfaction with our On-boarding.
  • Conduct training sessions as part of the functional training plan.
  • Design and conduct training sessions according to new products/services offering, and promotions including its reflections on the customer interface systems.
  • Conduct regular refreshment sessions to cover the gaps and areas of enhancement.
  • Design and conduct training sessions for soft skills.
  • Ensure standard quality checks of training delivery and administration as per the departments policies.
  • Assist in the administration of training programs.
  • Ensure consistent information and skill delivery in all training activities provided to employees.
  • Keep training material updated with new product and services or any other related changes.
  • Issue activities and progress reports to document work progress.
  • Maintain records and prepare statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees.
  • Work on RFPs & review suppliers proposals.
  • Handle all supplier related communications & logistics as stationary, payment, pre & post course actions.
  • Develop channels to stay connected with employees and assess potential needs.

Job specification


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Post-Graduate studies in HR is a plus


  • 2 to 5 years of experience, 3 of which in a similar field in a corporate environment.
  • Good knowledge of training providers in Egypt and the Middle East.
  • Good knowledge of learning & Development tools and processes
  • Certified Train the Trainer
