Job Purpose
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years or Master’s degree with minimum 6 years of Data Analyst experience
- Ability to work with business leads, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical staff to gather and develop business needs in the form of technical requirements
- Good understanding of database principles and SQL, to perform complex analysis
- Ensure the consistency and quality of data solutions completed by the engineering team
- Strong working experience of building reports and dashboards in PowerBI.
- Excellent knowledge on DAX
- Good understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling and ability to design scalable models in PowerBI
- Good understanding of Visualization techniques and ability to identify which charts to use for what analysis.
- Strong data understanding inference of patterns, root cause, statistical analysis, understanding forecasting/predictive modelling.
- Able to support conclusions with analytical evidence using descriptive stats, inferential stats and data visualization.
- Candidate having UX design experience will be preferred
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguous problem definitions, recognize dependencies and deliver impact solutions through logical problem solving and technical ideations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to both business and technical teams, and translate ideas between them
- Intellectually curious, high energy and a strong work ethic.
