About the role

We are looking for a Financial Reporting Lead to manage our financial reporting process and maintain an effective control environment. Your responsibilities will include preparing the company’s financial reports and overseeing all accounting operations, from bookkeeping to revenue recognition and inventory costing.

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of financial practices and accounting procedures, preferably with previous experience in auditing.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and policies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting or a similar role.
• You are proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
• You are an excellent communicator who can convey complex financial information.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt quickly.
• You are proactive, with a can-do attitude and a drive to make a difference.
