Job Description

# Study the necessary requirements of knowledge, skills and experiences required for specific job based on

benchmarking.

# Participate in the collection, compilation and analysis of relevant data, manpower Forecasting to be used in the

department’s annual manpower-planning budget for RTA.

# Prepare and maintain records of staff information to include manpower composition: skills, nationalities,

education and experience to update the policy document.

# Support in preparation of yearly Manpower budget.

# Prepare necessary documents for evaluation and re-evaluation of positions internally.

Qualifications

Education

# Bachelor in Human Resources/ Business Administration filed from a recognized University.

Skills

# 6 years of working experience in the related field of Human Resources Planning.

# Excellent knowledge of planning techniques and the ability to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate, and management functions, systems, and procedures, HR law of Dubai government.
