The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for an Artwork Project Designer Intern who will have the overall responsibility to support the Artwork Project Sr. Designer in all activities across MEA region. You’ll be working in an impactful team, and you will be part of the MEA Marketing team. Alongside peers, you will always try to reach the next level. Get ready for exposure to internal senior partners as well as working together with factory operation team.

What will you do?

1- Design

  • Artworks (Packaging)
  • Flyers/POSMs
  • Online Banners
  • Branding


2- Dispatching Artworks

  • Build Production file.
  • Dispatching to the suppliers


3- Work on Atlas System

  • Uploading artworks
  • Check comments.
  • Set approval cycle.


4- Supervise product labels including Validating the final Artwork designs and leading the artwork process from a packaging standpoint.

5- Co-ordinate with the artwork Manager for updating & maintaining the AW database. This also entails working very closely with the procurement team and our network of packaging suppliers.

What you bring?

  • Education Bachelor’s Degree in fine arts/Graphic Design
  • Work Experience 0-2 years in artwork design most preferable in FMCGs
  • Language Knowledge Fluent in English


Technical Skills

  • Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, (3D Max/Maya – A plus)
  • Microsoft office, mail & report writing and taking care of ERP system is a plus.
  • Proficient with Adobe suite.


Soft Skills

  • Creativity, positivity.
  • Have a strong creative flair and the ability to generate outstanding ideas and concepts for their designs.
  • Visual Communication
  • Understand how to convey messages and ideas effectively through visual elements such as color, composition, typography, and imagery.
  • Analytical and has attention to details.
  • Design Principles
  • Have a proven grasp of design principles such as balance, proportion, contrast, hierarchy, and unity, which help them build aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Good understanding of typography and Color Theory can select appropriate fonts, create typographic hierarchies, and effectively combine typefaces to improve the visual impact of their designs.
  • Familiar with branding, packaging design and printing process
  • Experience in 3D shots (3D Max/Maya) – A Plus
  • Problem solving & must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in handling their time effectively, meeting deadlines, and prioritising multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Team player

  • Teamwork and Communication Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, to deal with different partners (senior management, Peers, or Suppliers) providing information to by telephone, in written e-mail, or in person.
