Permanent contract – Position based in Dubai Mall boutique

Reporting to Dubai MALL Fashion Boutique Aftersales Manager, you will contribute to the excellent client experience of the boutique through rigorous dedication and follow-up on Aftersales cases. Responsible, curious and attentive, you closely work with the team and promote collaboration and achievement of results to help make CHANEL the ultimate reference in luxury.

Your main responsibilities are:

Contribution to managing aftersales related topics

‒To be a brand ambassador in terms of services and expectations

‒Liaise with the clients with confidence, tact and discretion

‒Prevent and/or handle clients’ conflicts by providing suitable solutions and adopting an empathetic approach

‒Embrace the brand ambassador with regards to the Aftersales ceremony

‒Being regularly present on the shopfloor to deal with aftersales clients (registration and handing over repaired items to clients)

‒Support the front team on the aftersales activity on the shopfloor

‒Develop a great bond with the Team

‒Work closely with the Aftersales team on the daily aftersales activities: Receiving and sending shipments ; Follow-ups on repairs with Clients and with the respective repair workshops

‒Possibility of handling some repairs in the boutique

‒Monitor the quality of repairs

‒Being flexible in terms of schedule to accommodate the business needs

You have 2-3 years of experience in an Aftersales role within a luxury environment. You are well organized with excellent communication skills and able to work well under pressure. Your solution-oriented and detail-oriented mindset, your integrity and emotional intelligence as well with your intercultural openness will be key to succeed in this position.

Excellent spoken and written English skills are a must.

Ability to speak and write in Arabic would be a true advantage.
