The ISD Review Chairman shall meet the following minimum requirements:

ISD Review Chairman shall be independent from the project under review and knowledgeable of the ISD philosophy and all information outlined in this standard;
ISD Review Chairman shall have at least 10 years relevant industrial experience including process engineering and technical safety; and
The ISD Review Chairman shall also have excellent time management, communication and presentation skills.
To avoid conflicts of interest, engineering contractor and technical safety studies consultant shall not chair any ISD Review performed for projects in which they are involved in the design.
Managing discipline work to the required schedule and man-hour allocation, including requesting personnel as identified by the plan,
