Philip Morris Management Services Middle East Ltd. is looking for a qualified e-Commerce Lead to join the Marketing & Digital team in the Middle East Cluster, based in Dubai.

As an e-Commerce Lead, you will be implementing immediate & long term integrated digital projects on iqos.com. Responsible for e-commerce operations such as stock control, portfolio management, bug fixing, e-com funnel monitoring and digital infrastructure enhancements including owned and third-party players. Identify key website metrics that will help in the delivery of business objectives and assisting to build the necessary roadmap and optimization strategy that will help towards the achievement of said KPIs.

Your ‘day to day’


  • Adapt the global e-Commerce practices to the local market requirements, ensuring consistent and accurate product/service range, merchandising on PLP pages, product descriptions, visuals, product SEOs, pricing and information management and maintenance. Ensure that the stock levels and logistic service providers SLAs are met by coordinating market distributors and LSP warehouses
  • Ensure all the marketing campaigns, activities or projects reflected on the Web as per the global design and local requirements. Manage the timely delivery & implementation of asset & copy implementation as well as the functional content matrix of the web (T&Cs, FAQs, error messages). Create User test scenarios for the development and do the proper UVT on staging environments.
  • Analyze reports and monitor key metrics, such as on-site experience, traffic and visit to conversion, e-com Sales mix, behaviors of new &returning Users, delivery timelines and constantly recommend improvements to enhance customer journey (find, explore, experience, buy) and drive conversion and growth.
  • Perform user research and A/B testing to gain consumer insights, focusing on improving the micro experience of our checkout funnel. The goal is to increase conversion rates and reduce dropouts at each specific step or episode. Additionally, guide the enhancement of digital experience functions on the front end, while also informing back-end technology configuration systems and settings.


Who we’re looking for


  • You have College/ University degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
  • You have 2+ years of experience in roles of e-commerce or digital product owner in a Technology, FMCG companies or Agency side.
  • Experience in e-Commerce environments, digital campaign deployment and catalogue management, working with Data Analytics and reporting tools to communicate forecasts and actual sales volume, and familiar with stock management and supply chain logistics. Digital experience with an omni-channel marketing approach is an asset.
  • Excellent project management skills, experience working in multi-disciplinary cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving capabilities and data-driven thinking.
  • Fast learner, curious and outward looking.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills and experience working in lean, agile, test & learn environments, where continuous improvement is the norm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent command of English, Arabic would be a plus.
