Avantgarde Brand Services, a dynamic events agency driven by the mission of turning target groups into fans, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our highly collaborative team. As a Graphic Designer focused on beauty brands, you will play a crucial role in generating and executing fresh ideas, ensuring captivating visual materials that align with the clean and modern aesthetic of the beauty industry. Your designs will contribute to enhancing the brand image and customer experience of beauty events, capturing attention and resonating with the target audience.   • Design and develop visually appealing event materials appealing to brands, including logos, packaging, promotional materials, digital assets, and other brand collaterals.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements, brand guidelines, and the desired clean and modern aesthetic for events.
  • Create compelling and visually stunning designs that communicate the essence of the beauty of brands, align with their unique identities, and resonate with the target audience.
  • Utilize design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to execute designs with a focus on cleanliness and modernity.
  • Ensure timely delivery of design projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies, brands, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to event design.
  • Maintain an organized file management system for design assets, facilitating easy access and retrieval.

Position Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Graphic design role
  • Minimum Experience of 3-4 years
  • Relevant and related educational background
  • Creating visual designs as required by the client (print/digital material)
  • Understanding of design principles, usability and brand guidelines
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign is a must)
  • Excellent sense of color and visual trend
  • Final Artwork file preparation
  • Excellent understanding of Typography, Layout design, Logos, Branding, Print material and Digital contents

Overall Requirements

  • Highly developed communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably within the events.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles to create visually appealing designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and receive feedback.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of print production processes, including file preparation and pre-press requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with people from culturally diverse backgrounds and be sensitive to their needs.
