  • Collection of EMC from demand planner and updating in the import and local file
  • Managing the Categorized Products – Stock status & availability
  • To plan, Execute and finalize purchasing with suitable suppliers in the local and international market.
  • Finding the new suppliers with competitive pricing and payment terms
  • Negotiate with the suppliers in terms of price, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Handling and monitoring of claims and shortages with suppliers
  • coordinate with the supplier to ensure on time delivery.
  • Support relevant departments with quotations for their new projects.
  • Monitoring the stock movement and maintaining stock level as per the target.
  • To ensure fullest cooperation to assist and support Supply Chain team and perform duties assigned by the SC manager.
  • To ensure effective response and adherence to on-going guidelines, procedures, standards, policies, and directives issued by the department head.
