Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and product development, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, and support strategic initiatives.
Create and maintain documentation for data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility of findings.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Use SQL and other query languages to extract and manipulate data from databases and data warehouses.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, with a track record of delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
