Customer Happiness Representative (Part-time)

We are seeking a Customer Happiness Representative passionate about delivering exceptional support and service. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate will embody our brand's values, with a proactive approach to solving problems and a genuine desire to help people create lasting memories through our experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to our customers' inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring their queries are answered and issues resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with purchasing, redeeming, exchange their vouchers.
  • Coordinate with our partners to book and confirm details of experiences.
  • Handle physical orders to be delivered to the customers via couriers.

  • Excellent Communicator: Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Identifies potential issues before they arise and proactively addresses them, minimizing the impact on the customer and the company.
  • Resourceful: Uses all available resources to find solutions for customers, demonstrating initiative and a strong desire to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Detail-oriented: Pays close attention to the details of customer inquiries and transactions to provide accurate assistance.
  • Team Player: Works well within a team, contributing to a positive, supportive workplace environment.
  • Flexible: Has a flexible approach to work hours and responsibilities, ready to step in to assist with customer inquiries, physical order dispatches, or any other tasks as needed. Understands that customer service may require going above and beyond traditional roles to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Living in Dubai (must).
  • Has own residence visa and available for part time.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
