Delivery Manager

Master-Works, a global leader in technology consultancy, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Delivery Manager to join our team. As a Delivery Manager at Master-Works, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects and ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of multiple projects, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that milestones are met on time and within budget

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, proactively addressing any barriers to project success

• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and managing customer expectations

• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies

• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, motivating and leading project team members

• Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development or IT projects

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred

• Fluency in both written and spoken English

• Saudi Nationals are preferred
