Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis, customer insights, and business goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities, trends, and user needs.
Define product requirements, features, and functionality in collaboration with stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
Prioritize and manage product backlog, epics, and user stories based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, and launch.
Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, address technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience in product management, product development, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of product management methodologies, agile development practices, and product lifecycle management.
