Responsibilities

  • Program Strategy and Planning: Formulating program goals, outlining project roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Project Management Oversight: Supervising multiple projects within the program, coordinating activities, and managing dependencies.
  • Resource Management: Allocating resources (budget, personnel, equipment) effectively across projects to ensure program success.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks that could impact the program, developing mitigation plans, and monitoring progress.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed, managing expectations, and addressing concerns throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Reporting and Performance Measurement: Tracking program progress, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in the same or similar role
  • Experience in the Aviation field is a must
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field (often preferred).
  • Experience in program or project management (usually a minimum number of years is specified).
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
