Strategy Consultant

Note: You must have Management & Strategy Consulting experience. This is a contract based role, as such you must have your own visa sponsorship.

We are looking for sharp-minded and confident Strategy Consultants, with previous experience in the following areas - Strategy formulation, Project Management Office, Operating Model Assessment, and Data Governance, to fulfill contract-based management consulting projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Strategy Consultant for OpenTap Consulting. As a Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting analysis, providing strategic advice, developing solutions, and making recommendations to clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, evaluate market trends, and optimize business operations.

Key Requirements

• Travel may be Required
• Previous strategy/management consulting background (Big 4, Big 5, Boutique) required
• 2-10 years experience in management consulting (with a focus on either or all these areas: strategy, performance, operating models, business transformation, data governance)
• Arabic speaking a plus (but not necessary)
• Well-versed in strategy analysis, formulation, and implementation
• Experience in corporate performance management, objective/KPI development, target setting, etc.
• Experience in restructuring and organization design
• Experience in setting up and running a transformation office of strategy management
• Experience in Data Governance is a plus
• Well-versed in business transformations and change
• Key capabilities in research and analytics
• Ability to facilitate client sessions and interact with higher management levels
