Specialist Urogynaecologist

As a Urogynaecologist , you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to patients with pelvic floor disorders.

In this role, you will focus on diagnosing and treating conditions such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and other disorders affecting the female urinary and reproductive systems. You will evaluate patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and perform surgical procedures when necessary. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals will be essential in providing comprehensive and integrated care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medical history and symptoms, and perform comprehensive urogynaecological examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as urodynamic studies and imaging studies
• Diagnose and treat various urogynaecological conditions, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and other disorders
• Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient, which may include medication management, physical therapy, and surgical interventions
• Perform surgical procedures such as vaginal or abdominal reconstructive surgery and minimally invasive procedures
• Provide ongoing urogynaecological care and monitor patients' progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of urogynaecology through continuous learning and professional development
