We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Executive to join our team. As an Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies. Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
Financial Reporting and Compliance: - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or applicable accounting standards.
- Oversee internal and external financial reporting processes, including coordination with auditors and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, laws, and standards, and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Cash Flow Management: - Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational requirements and optimize working capital.
- Implement effective cash management strategies, including cash forecasting, investment management, and debt financing.
Strategic Financial Leadership: - Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to senior management and department heads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives, business plans, and investment decisions.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization.
