Intensive care Consultant

Wizejob HR Consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Intensive Care Consultant to join a prestigious hospital in the UAE. As an Intensive Care Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the care of critically ill patients. Your responsibilities will include providing advanced medical care, diagnosing and treating acute conditions, and managing the intensive care unit.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive and expert care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute conditions and emergencies.
Prescribe and administer appropriate medications and treatments.
Monitor patients closely and make necessary adjustments in their treatment plan as needed.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and participate in their education and training.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in intensive care medicine and contribute to ongoing research and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Medical degree from a recognized institution.
Completion of specialty training in Intensive Care Medicine.
Valid professional license to practice medicine.
Expertise in managing critically ill patients and familiarity with advanced medical equipment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Strong leadership skills and dedication to providing high-quality patient care.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
