Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the Luxuious Laundry in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the organization's ongoing operations and procedures. As a key member of the senior management team, the COO will report directly to the CEO and establish policies that promote company culture and vision through its operations. The goal of the COO position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery in all aspects of laundry operations, maintaining luxury standards expected by clients.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure high productivity and adherence to quality standards.
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
  • Participate in the development and execution of corporate strategy.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of budgets.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to department heads and managers.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethical behavior.
  • Promote team cohesion and shared goals.
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes and systems.
  • Address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Resolve internal conflicts and provide problem-solving assistance.
  • Ensure company operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies.
  • Oversee the company's adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in negotiations, conferences, and other events.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, shareholders, and the public.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a COO, Operations Director, or similar role in the luxury service industry.
  • Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
