Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
Conceptualize and develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for various digital and print collateral, including advertisements, brochures, posters, social media graphics, and website assets.
Create original artwork, illustrations, and graphics that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages and concepts.
Use graphic design software and tools to manipulate and enhance images, typography, and other design elements.
Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.
Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate new ideas and innovations into design projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
Proven experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing design work.
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with the ability to think critically and conceptually about design projects.
