Job Description:

Oversee the financial operations within an industrial background setting, ensuring the effective management of financial resources.
Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term objectives.
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimising the impact of variances.
Coordinate and lead the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, as well as report variances.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including accounting principles and industry-specific regulations.
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to the senior management team while recommending further courses of action.
Enhance internal controls and business processes to support effective financial management.
Manage and develop junior finance staff, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 5 years within an industrial background.
Proven track record in financial management and a strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
Experience in budget management, financial planning, and strategy.
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in work.
