- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with product details, order placements, billing inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Offer personalized assistance to address individual customer concerns and guarantee satisfaction.
- Maintain precise & accurate records of customer interactions and transactions utilizing our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and gather feedback on their experience.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to team initiatives.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
