About Role:

We’re in search of enthusiastic and customer-centric individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As the primary point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring a delightful experience for all.


Responsibilities:

Here are the main responsibilities:


  1. Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and efficient manner.
  2. Assist customers with product details, order placements, billing inquiries, and issue resolution.
  3. Offer personalized assistance to address individual customer concerns and guarantee satisfaction.
  4. Maintain precise & accurate records of customer interactions and transactions utilizing our CRM system.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and gather feedback on their experience.
  7. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to team initiatives.
  8. Stay informed about product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
