About Role:

We’re on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will offer comprehensive support to our management and staff, ensuring seamless daily administrative operations. This role demands excellent organizational abilities, multitasking proficiency, and robust communication skills.


Responsibilities:

Here are the main responsibilities:


  1. Coordinate executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Draft and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  3. Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  4. Arrange and organize meetings and events.
  5. Oversee office supplies and maintain inventory.
  6. Aid in generating regular reports.
  7. Establish and manage a filing system.
  8. Act as a liaison with internal and external contacts.
  9. Streamline office procedures and oversee administrative projects.
  10. Provide support for HR functions as required, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  11. Undertake additional administrative duties as assigned to bolster team efforts.


Requirements:

Here are the qualifications and skills required:


  • Demonstrated experience as the Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Strong time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Robust organizational and planning proficiencies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A high school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are advantageous.
