Oliv is seeking an Administrative Assistant for client based in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Schedule grooming appointments efficiently, taking into account staff availability and mobile van routes.
- Maintain and update customer records using computer software.
- Assist in ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience.
- Work closely with the team to coordinate grooming services and mobile van schedules.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Handle a fast-paced work environment with a smile.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Multitasking: The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Working under Pressure: Capable of maintaining composure in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Computer Software: Competence in using various computer software applications.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in in-person, phone, email, and WhatsApp communication with impeccable written English.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to tasks and information.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to evolving work schedules, including weekends.
- Geographical Knowledge: A good understanding of Dubai's locations and roads, is crucial for scheduling mobile vans.
