Financial Analyst

The Role

We are looking for a conscientious and driven Financial Analyst to join our thriving Middle East Property Management team in Savills Egypt. The role will be based in Arkan – Sheikh Zayed. Flexibility and a willing attitude are vital.

Successful candidate will have full responsibility for asset reporting, completing all job functions related to assigned properties efficiently and by assigned deadlines. Strong analytical skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review receivables or payables within the real estate portfolio.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information as required internally by management and externally by clients.
• Take full responsibility and accountability for asset reporting, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and other duties as required.
• Complete all job functions relating to assigned properties accurately, efficiently, and by all assigned deadlines.
• Utilize and develop skills such as time management and effective communication to achieve desired results.
• Demonstrate capability in using different ERP software.
• Assist the Finance Manager in monitoring invoicing and collection processes.
• Analyse and interpret data related to retail sales, occupancy vs vacancy, footfall vs sales, etc.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
