Skill Farm Members are invited to apply for the following role:

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate ability to manage internal and external client relationships, to ensure the highest standard of client experience

Management responsibility for one direct report, also based in Dubai to provide cover and training to ensure

Ensure clients are provided with timely and accurate responses to daily queries

Consolidation of monthly reporting for the region to the management team and cluster heads on volumes, timeliness and initiatives

Assistance in completion of all daily processes/deliverables across payment tracking and releasing to ensure timely execution and overall operation efficiency

Compare documentation to system information, check accuracy and highlight discrepancies

Review monthly reporting to identify trends and work with business partners and clients to reduce queries

Review and authorise daily checklist ensuring all tasks have been signed as completed

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance

Client Or Customer Communication Experience Is Essential

Calculation/Rate Fixing experience highly desirable

Banking experience desirable

Knowledge of agency and trust function is desirable but not essential.

Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information

Strong understanding of documentation and deal structures
